Ensure you are connected to a stable WiFi network during the entire setup process. Avoid using free airport WiFi to prevent interruptions.
The QR code must be scanned directly through your device’s Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM, not via the Camera or any other apps.
The QR code is one-time use only. It cannot be re-installed on the same device or transferred to another device.
Do not delete the eSIM from your cellular plan list unless you are sure you no longer need it. Deletion will prevent reinstallation, and a replacement cannot be issued.
If you encounter any issues, contact customer support for assistance instead of deleting the eSIM.
Go to “Settings” > “Cellular”
Click “Add eSIM”
Click “Use QR code”
Scan your QR code: Note that the QR code must be present on another screen or device

Click “Continue”: Note that this step might take a few moments.
Click “Done”
Click the eSIM that was added under “Cellular” Plan “Labels” to change the name of your eSIM
Update your eSIM name to “Spacianet eSIM” and click “Done” on the upper right side
Click “Continue”
Continue with the installation process and mark “Primary” for “Default Line”
Continue with the installation process and mark “Primary” for iMessage & FaceTime”
Congratulations! Your eSIM was added to your “Cellular” page
Go to “Settings” > “Connections”
Click “SIM manager”
Click “Add eSIM”
Click “Scan QR code from service provider”
Scan your code:

Your eSIM was added to your “SIM manager”.
Note that under Preferred SIMs:
“Calls” should be set on your SIM.
“Messages” should be set on your SIM.
“Mobile data” should be set on your eSIM.
One-Time Use QR Code
The QR code provided is one-time use only. It cannot be reused or reinstalled on the same device or transferred to another device.
Do Not Delete the eSIM
Once the eSIM is installed, do not delete it from your cellular plan list unless you are absolutely sure it is no longer needed. Deleted eSIMs cannot be reissued, and refunds are not possible.
Internet Connection
Ensure a stable internet connection during installation and activation. Avoid using free public WiFi (e.g., at airports) to prevent installation errors.
Activation Status
After installation, the eSIM status will display as either "Activation in progress" or "Activation completed". If you see "Activating" or "Could not be activated", it may still work once local network conditions are established.
Manual Installation (if needed)
If the QR code cannot be scanned, you can manually install the eSIM by entering the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code provided.
. For iOS: Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code → Enter Details Manually.
. For Android: Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM → Enter Details Manually.
Data Roaming
If you are traveling, enable Data Roaming in your eSIM settings for the eSIM to work correctly in the destination country.
Check the Network Environment
Ensure a strong and stable internet connection during installation. If "Not Active" or "Disabled" is displayed, do not delete the eSIM. Retry the setup or follow the manual installation steps.
Unlocked Device Requirement
Only SIM-unlocked devices with eSIM support can use this service. To check your device, dial *#06# and ensure it displays an EID number.
Issues During Installation
If you encounter problems, do not delete the eSIM. Contact customer support for assistance.
Rename Your eSIM
For convenience, rename your eSIM in settings (e.g., "SpaciaNet eSIM") to easily identify it.
